At PromDazzle.com, we’re committed to making your shopping experience easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. That’s why we’ve created one of the most customer-friendly return and exchange policies in the formalwear industry.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery (items must be received by our store no later than the 15th day).
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Returns

You can return your item for store credit equal to the full purchase price of the dress. Store credit is valid for one year and can be used on any future purchase.

Returns for store credit are not subject to a restocking fee.
Prefer a refund? No problem:

All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, regardless of order total.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

The restocking fee helps us offset processing costs such as credit card fees, shipping & handling, and labor.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. (This timeline excludes weekends and national holidays.)
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style? We've got you covered.
You can exchange your item with no restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item and to receive the replacement.
All exchanges must be for an item of equal or higher value. If the new item is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference before the exchange is processed.
Please note:

Only one (1) exchange is allowed per order.

Once an exchange has been completed, the sale is considered final — no further returns or exchanges will be accepted for that order.

Please double-check your selection carefully before proceeding with an exchange.
Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Store Credit Policy

Purchases made using store credit are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Store credit cannot be combined with additional discounts or promotional codes.
Our Good Faith Return Policy
Our return policy is designed for genuine purchase intentions. We understand that sometimes a size or style may not work out. However, we reserve the right to apply return restrictions or restocking fees in cases of bad faith purchasing behavior.
Examples include:

Ordering the same dress in multiple sizes (e.g., size 8, 10, and 12)

Ordering multiple similar dresses in the same size/style/color
-
Placing multiple separate orders in a short period to bypass return limits
In such cases, returns may be limited to store credit, exchange, or subject to the 20% restocking fee, regardless of return reason or order value.

Return Authorization (RMA) or Exchange Authorization (EMA) Required
To initiate a return or exchange:

Email customersupport@promdazzle.com to request an RMA number and return instructions.

Ship your item via insured USPS®, UPS®, or FedEx®, with the RMA/EMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Returns without an RMA will be refused.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service.
Item Condition Requirements
Returned or exchanged items must be:

In new, original condition (tags attached, in original packaging)

Free from wear, damage, or odors (no stains, tears, perfume, smoke, etc.)
Items not meeting these standards will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Sales Tax Policy

No sales tax is charged on orders shipped outside of California — saving you up to 10%!

Sales tax applies only to orders shipped within the state of California.
