Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. If you need additonal help please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

We totally understand — we change our minds too! While we wish we could make changes, once an order is placed, we’re currently unable to modify or cancel it. We're working toward offering a cancellation window in the future. If the item(s) don’t work out, be sure to check out our return/exchange policy to see your options.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. You can return your item for store credit or request a refund (subject to a 20% restocking fee). Exchanges are allowed for a different size, color, or style of equal or greater value, and only one exchange per order is permitted.

Please note:


  • All sales are final for Quinceañera and Bridal dressesno refunds are allowed. Exchanges for size may be offered if available.

  • Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

All returned items must be in new condition, with original tags and packaging. To start a return or exchange, email us at customersupport@promdazzle.com for a return authorization number.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
